About KCK
We live in a pivotal moment in human history, one that presents both great potential for development and serious threat to the survival of humankind. Kurdistan lies at the epicenter of the intense turbulence and conflict that the Middle East has been enduring in the course of the Third World War. Despite the resistance of the old political status-quo, the forces of global capital are trying to find methods of salvation which serve their own interests. The people are trying to overcome this situation of chaos by building their own democratic systems based on freedom. The circumstances at hand can be summed up as follows.

About KJK
From the beginning of the Kurdish national struggle, Kurdish women have played an active role in it, first and foremost Sakine Cansız, who would be followed by thousands of other women over time. Until today these women, with their valiant, determined, and active stance, are uninterruptedly present in the struggle and, through their participation, have a decisive influence.

About Komalên Ciwan
Leader Apo said: “As youth we started, and as youth we will be victorious!“. It is very important to understand and make oneself fully aware of the meaning behind this statement. The youth has always had a fundamental and meaningful role in the
liberation struggle of Kurdistan. As a vanguard of the struggle for liberation of the Kurdish people and Kurdistan, the Workers Party of Kurdistan (PKK), has organised itself as a youth party and movement since its beginning. It arose from the youth revolts of 1968 and is continuing its struggle in this spirit to this day.
